So, what is the catch, you ask?
- You would have no control over the people that Viespace will put in.
- You will need to check your mortgage lender and insurer will allow the lease of this type – most will but some won’t.
- As you will be giving over the property for the duration agreed contractually, you will not be able to sell your property during this time.
