So what is the catch you ask?

1. You would have no control over the people that Viespace will put in
2. You will need to check your mortgage lender and insurer will allow the lease of this type – most will but some wont
3. As you will be giving over the property for the duration of your lease, you will have to forget about selling your property during this time.
