This influx has pushed many additional properties on to the rental market resulting in a bigger choice for renters, and with the difficulties in obtaining a mortgage, the risks to landlords with bad tenants has never been greater.

Many landlords are forced into this position, due to circumstances beyond their control. Rightmove’s consumer rental forecast in 2013 found that 30% of UK landlords are accidental landlords. Naturally, accidental landlords are not aware of the many risks and pitfalls associated with renting properties.

That is where VieSpace can help. We take the risk and hassle out of renting your property, whilst maximising your return. In brief; we lease the property from you for 3 years+* and become YOUR tenant. If needed, we will bring the property up to the requirements of our customer’s i.e. professional tenants etc. We then rent the rooms to the individuals and take care of EVERYTHING. Because we are your tenants, you will only ever have to deal with us.

Once landlords join our service and experience the benefits we can offer, we find we retain them for many years as they renew their contracts with us time and time again.

It is important to us that we maintain our consistently high standards, no matter where in the country we have clients. We work tirelessly maintaining property’s to the highest standards, including arranging regular cleaning services and gardening duties, which often result in properties remaining in better condition than when we first took them over.

We can do this because we keep our overheads to the bare minimum, unlike many local estate agents, whose core business is selling properties and their property management is not a major function of their business.
